Amanda Santillo - Office Manager
Originally from Socal she moved here in 2013 and has been in the dental field for 13yrs serving several different roles. She takes pride in giving each patient a great dental experience along with taking care of all your insurance and financial needs. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, be it being outdoors enjoying different activities or a quiet movie night at home.
Angie Templeton - Dental Assistant
She has been a part of the dental field since 1997 and has lived all over the country, working for several dentists over the years, learning new techniques along the way. Her husband is currently serving in the Air National Guard moving her and their children all over the country, their hoping to make Tucson their forever home. In Kristy’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and going to her sons’s and husbands hockey games.
Laura Peters - Clinic Coordinator
Originally from Ohio she moved to Tucson in 2012 and has been in the dental field for more than 30yrs. She truly enjoys working in the dental field and has seen so many great changes in dentistry over the years. It gives her satisfaction being able to give her patients the best treatment and dental experience during their dental appointments. Laura is happily married to her wonderful husband Tim and they have 4 children (2 boys & 2 girls) that are now grown and have given her 2 beautiful grandchildren. She also has 2 grown stepchildren who has also given them 2 more grandchildren. They built their dream home, a Quanset Hut in Marana mostly by themselves which was quite an experience for them. They both love to create and have enjoyed their journey. In Laura’s spare time she enjoys riding horses and going country couples dancing along with spending time with her 2 dogs and gardening.
Shannon Rogowski - Dental Hygienist
A Tucson native, Shannon earned her hygiene degree in 2005. She finds her profession to be highly rewarding in helping people achieve optimum oral health. She prides herself on providing the highest quality of care pain free. Shannon is married with 2 children. In her free time you can find her in the gym and at the football/baseball field or volleyball court cheering on her kids.
Joel Rutledge - Dentist
A native of Memphis Tennessee, Dr. Rutledge received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee in 2002. Dr. Rutledge achieved Diplomate status in the International Dental Implant Association, the highest level obtainable. Dr. Rutledge continues to stay on the cutting edge of the dental field by attending various continuing education classes around the world as well as volunteering to place dental implants in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Rutledge's practice philosophy is to develop long lasting, health oriented relationships based on trust, integrity and honest communication with patients. He wants to help patients understand the causes of their current dental condition and develop a long term plan to increase their self esteem and well being by enhancing their appearance, comfort and ability to sustain excellent dental health.
